We want you to be fully satisfied with your Bather purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygienic reasons, all swimwear must be returned with the protective liner intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygienic liners are still in place.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
